Music & Worship Ministries at High Pointe

The music and worship ministries exists to provide an outlet in which the community of Christ can praise and worship Him through the avenue of music, worship and other creative arts. High Pointe encourages all ages to explore these mediums as a tool in which to experience Christ. It is often through bringing our broken spirits to God in authentic worship and praise that we find healing, hope and meaning in our lives.
We want to provide that opportunity for finding meaning and joy in life through music and creative arts, as well as to provide a unique way to serve God and others. Here are a few opportunities:
- Praise Choir Member (7th grade and up)
- Praise Team Band Member (vocal and instrumental)
- Special music (vocal/instrumental solos or ensembles)
- Drama Technical Team
- Sound & Lighting Crew
- Video Production

High Pointe Praise Choir
If you enjoying singing, please consider joining our High Pointe Praise Choir! This is a multi-generational group that loves to sing and wants to grow in their Faith, and to help others grow too. If you love to “make a joyful noise” and are in 7th grade or older, please join us to be part of this exciting and dynamic ministry. The praise choir sings a wide variety of music from Chris Tomlin to the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
We meet every Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. (September-May, off the summers). During that time, we will sing and learn music, as well as spend time in God’s Word and in prayer together.
The High Pointe Praise Choir sings monthly in the Sunday Morning Service and other special occasions throughout the year.
Because Praise and Worship is the Pointe!
